Job Description: The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Siddhi Homes plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and clients, managing post-sale customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments. Reporting

  directly to the Manager – Sales & Marketing, the CRO works closely with Sales Officers and Executives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The CRO is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing post-sale inquiries, and ensuring smooth handover and delivery of residential properties. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of customer relationship management in the real estate industry.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA

Experience: 5 to 8 years
